Town Bol

Bol is the oldest coastal resort on the island of Brac. It is situated on the south side of the island of Brac, under Bolske crowns and Vidova worse - the highest altitude island, and the only major town on this side of the island. A catamaran has a link to Split and Jelsa on Hvar.

Several kilometres stretching along the edge of the sea himself, by the sea that is crystal clear. Bol has plenty of attractive beaches. West of Bol, Golden Beach rat is one of the most beautiful natural phenomena Adriatic. Like the language is almost half a kilometre in the blue sea. On the east side of Bol, a peninsula on the mountain, rises the Dominican Monastery. His museum has a rich archaeological collection.

Once upon a time Bol was a settlement of wine-growers, fishermen and sailmen, and today it is primarily a tourist settlement. People are direct and original. This popular Brac settlement has a developed network of modern hotels and diverse accommodation in private houses, apartments and camps.
