Town Šilo

Silo is the largest settlement with the longest tourist tradition in the town of Dobrinj.

It lies in the valley Stipanja that is naturally from the sea by "Punta Šilo". It is located in the immediate vicinity of Crikvenica and its Riviera. Silo, separated by only appr Channel Crikvenica. It is only 20 km from the Krk Bridge.

Šilo is located in the bay Stipanja known for its beautiful beaches, which are from eastern and southern winds protected long narrow cape. The cove is protected from south and east winds by a narrow and low peninsula, which ends in the cape.

The easiest way to describe this place is to say that is ideal for recreation and rest. We will recognize sand and  gravel beaches, clean see, fast ship line and port Lokvisca. Silo also has a long tradition of fishing so that here also often organized fishermen are very popular especially among the tourists. Besides the fishermen here sporting events take place, and various entertainment events.
